Qualifications
YourDoc Medical is a British doctor-led organisation that only employs fully qualified and CRB checked primary healthcare professionals. We aim to proactively encourage individuals and businesses to make use of our world class skills by regularly assessing health in order to develop either individual wellbeing goals or, in the case of businesses, to increase productivity by reducing losses arising from employee sickness, absenteeism and presenteeism.
Flexibility
The services that we provide are designed to fit in with the specific needs of individuals or organisations. We recognise that our personal customers have many pressures on their time and we therefore arrange our health assessments at local venues at a time that suits the individual. We also recognise that the businesses and organisations we come into contact with are unique in terms of requirements, size, structure and capability. Our objective is always to provide our services in a way that suits our customers.
Cost effectiveness
Health Assessments for our individual customers have been designed to be as cost effective as possible. We only undertake tests that are necessary to gain a snapshot of an individual’s current health. Health goals are developed in consultation with one of our GP’s and ongoing support and encouragement are provided at a suitable level for each individual.
For businesses our secure and confidential web-based health risk assessments are easy to implement for the employees. Aggregated workforce health reports give company principals or HR professionals a real understanding of the types of issues that are affecting their workforce*. With this information we can then formulate a strategy that will reduce sickness and absenteeism, influence presenteeism (employees who are in work but whose performance is affected by health issues) and generate increased staff satisfaction.
All of these actions can improve productivity and reduce staff turnover.
